  • Lead the Curricular Transformation team: Our Curricular Transformation project is directly linked to the core mission of oikos International – transforming economics and management education. With an increasing need for responsible management, you will lead a team to transform the CBS curricula to integrate sustainability, CSR & business ethics into its courses. You will communicate closely with CBS PRME on curricula initiatives and pilot projects, and how oikos can be involved in the initiatives over the next year. In dialogue with the Head of Projects and your team, you will decide how to best spend the budget for the project (provided by CBS).

  • Lead the oikos Case Competition team: As lead of the oikos Case Competition team, you and your team will get to organise the 2nd iteration of the 2030 Challenge. The 2030 Challenge is a case competition organised in collaboration with CBS and Danida (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark). The project’s goal is to facilitate the acceleration of solutions for sustainable development by combining global perspectives in a local context. You will conceptualise the next iteration of the competition together with CBS and Danida. You will lead your team in planning meetings, preparing and collecting case materials and coordinate with Danish Embassies abroad. You will recruit the participants, plan the kick-off event as well as mentoring sessions for the participating teams and the grand finale. Social Pioneers has been the bridge between entrepreneurs and students through company visits and inspiring talks. This year, we broaden the scope of each of the projects by combining them into one - leaving you and your team with an abundance of options to explore.
